I believe that at some point in your career, you decide whether to be a specialist or a generalist. I chos the „hero’s journey“ of the generalist because I’ve always been driven to understand the bigger picture. In project management, I learned how to be the gear that keeps all other wheels turning, while never losing my creative edge.
For me, strategy isn’t just about plans – it’s about the people behind them. A few years ago, I spontaneouly got licensed as a fitness and relaxation trainer. I followed an intuition; thinking I might become a personal trainer, until I realized what truly drives me: working with and for people. And how do you reach people better than through social media? Social media – especially TikTok – has become my personal playground, where I blend strategic rigor with the raw, fast-paced agility of the digital world.
Personal Bits & Bobs…
I was „late to the party“ on TikTok, but it quickly became more than just a place for funny bits. It’s where I share who I really am – unfiltered – contributing to the destigmatization of mental health, female health, and sexual wellness. Reaching people on a similiar journey makes me happier than any metric ever could. Today, I’m proud to collaborate as a micro-influencer with brands like The Female Company and nevernot, proving that authenticity is the strongest currency.
Books, Streaks & Escapism
If I had to describe myself, I’d be the sweet spot between Type A and Type B. I need structure to be creative, but I live for trial and error. Whether I’m learning to sew or improving my chess sills, I’m a „learning by doing“-person. I’m also a serial tracker: I’m on a 1000+ day Duolingo streak (Russian and Swedish) because mama raised no quitter.
Books are my ultimate escapism. I consume over 100 books a year – from Dostoevsky’s Crime and Punishment to Rebecca Yarros’s Fourth Wing. My Goodreads account is definitely more organized than my apartment.
Berlin Love & Cinnamon Rolls
I’ve never felt more at home than in Berlin. It’s the only city where I truly feel JOMO – the Joy of Missing Out. But if I ever move, it’ll be Stockholm (for the kanelbullar) or a house for the winter in Greece. And if you ever wonder: I have a cinnamon roll and croissant tattooed on my body for a reason – because if I were a pastry, I’d definitely be the perfect mix of the both: a Franzbrötchen.
